This policy explains how DigiLifeStyle (“we”), founded by Rajeshkumar Chavan, handles information collected through this website.

What we collect

• Diagnostic answers about your clinic's business processes (for example enquiry channels, response times and follow-up). We never ask for patient or medical information — please don't include any.
• Contact details you choose to provide: first name, clinic name, business WhatsApp number, work email and city.
• Booking details: the consultation time you select or request, and any note you add.
• Assistant questions typed into the on-site assistant, so a person can follow up where needed.
• First-party analytics: anonymous interaction events (such as “diagnostic started”) linked to a random browser identifier, plus the referring site and campaign parameters. Analytics events never contain your name, email or phone number.

How we use it

To prepare your Clinic Growth Snapshot, arrange and run your consultation, answer your questions, and improve this website. If you agree, we may contact you on WhatsApp or email about your diagnostic and consultation. We do not sell your information.

Storage and security

Data is stored with our database provider (Supabase) with row-level security enabled; the website can only write through controlled functions tied to your browser session. Your progress is also saved in your own browser so you can resume later — clearing your browser storage removes it.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@digilifestyle.in.
